Custom Frame Kits

For a frame kit that is longer in length, than listed in our STANDARD FRAME KITS section, contact us for a price quote.  We can also build a frame kit with different spacing between the hoops, rather than our standard 4’ spacing.

Our CUSTOM FRAME KITS include HOOPS (or trusses) made of 1 3/8” OD galvanized steel tubing, GROUND STAKES made of 1 5/8” OD galvanized steel tubing , PURLINS (or runners) made of 1 3/8” OD galvanized steel tubing, complete HARDWARE PACKAGE (including corner braces), and an INSTRUCTION BOOKLET.  In addition, you can CALL with any assembly questions.

We manufacture 10’, 12’, 16’, 20’ and 24’ wide CUSTOM FRAME KITS in virtually any length you want.  Our CUSTOM FRAME KITS are built as follows:  the 10’, 12’, 16’ and 20’ frames are built with your choice of: .047 gauge or .055 gauge.  The 24’ frames are built only with .055 gauge.
